Interview on 91.5FM

Posted by on September 1, 2010

My mind is still reeling.

That was so much fun.

I was so nervous waiting in the waiting room.

But once I sat down?

It was awesome.  I loved it. I’ve always wanted to be a dj/announcer/newsperson etc.  This small part of me seems to thrive in the spotlight/on stage etc.

I don’t really remember half of what I said. I just remember a sneaky question that Alan Neal asked.

“So, Jackson is a lonely little guy without a lot of purpose. Was that you growing up?”

Sneaky.

Ah, but you answered it like a seasoned pro.

It was so cool to listen to you! At the very first you had a teensy bit of nervous shake in your voice, just under the surface. But then!

    Oh, then!

You hit your stride. Nervous tremor vanished in an instant. And you were clever, and witty, and shared your story and your personality. We were so proud of you! D was listening at work, and the 3 girlies were here with me.

Well done. A good ‘first’ interview – for there will be more.
